At icona.ae, we aim to provide fast delivery of quality products with warranty and fair pricing, We make sure that all products sent to our customers are without damaged or defect, however if you receive a damaged or defect product, you are entitled to exchange or return.

We strongly recommend that read the below policy carefully.

Exchanges & Returns

Send the product back to us within 7 working days to our address, and get an exchange or refund immediately.

To get an exchange or refund, simply notify us by calling our contact number +971583330125 or email us at claims@icona.ae.

 you will need to provide evidence of purchase such as invoice, transaction ID, and payment method that you used to purchase the product.

The product should be in original condition that we send to you, in their original box, warranty card, manuals (if any) and accessories. Any product returned with missing components above will not be considered for return or exchange.

If the product is damaged or defective, then specify the defect or damage in a separate sheet of paper. Under no circumstance should you mark or write on the product.

Your returned product will be checked after deliver to our warehouse for the cause of defect or damage then replaced with the same product, no question asked.

If the same product is not available, you will be offered an exchange or refund.

We only offers refund for exchanged or returned items, if the product are shipped back to us within 7 working days.

For returns or exchange of products, shipping cost is solely responsibility of the customer.

Returns

All refunds, whether as a result of exchange or cancellation, will be done through the original payment method where you use to purchase the product.

Warranties

All of our products are refurbished or renewed, we do not offer official brand warranty.

We offer 15 days replacement warranty.

For an additional price, we also offer 1 month to 1 year extended warranties.

If during this time you find a product is defective or any other issue with product, You can contact us to claim your warranty. We will not ask you any question and apply the warranty immediately.

Please note that the product should be in original condition that we send to you, in their original box, warranty card, manuals (if any) and accessories.

Warranty claim only takes effect if you notify us via phone number +971583330125 or email claims@icona.ae within the warranty period.

Please note warranty claim shipment and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation

We understand that people make mistakes, and for this reason we allow cancellation within 4-5 hours once an order is placed.

Cancellation takes effect only when you notify icona.ae by calling at +971583330125 or email us at claims@icona.ae, with the reason for cancellation.

Once an order is processed, no cancellation was made at that time.
